1. Confidentiality & Impartiality. The consultant & all personnel, employee(S), &/or subcontractor(S) shall maintain confidentiality & impartiality of all information received while performing the service. Consultant understand & agrees to comply with all local regulations concerning the maintenance and disclosure of records. This requirement to maintain confidentiality shall extend beyond the termination of the agreement

2. The location of the boreholes & all testing points should be cleared to endure that there are no surface & no underground service (ie oil pipes, gas pipes, electrical cable, Etisalat cables, water supply, drainage pipes)

3. Work schedule: To be agreed

4. Clearance: Client shall arrange for Clearance from related competent authorities regarding underground service. The site must be free from any obstacle. Additionally, the project area should be made accessible to all our vehicles, machines & Equipment’s

5. Accessibility: Client shall arrange for permission on restricted areas for the drilling Rigs & Personnel’s

6. Where Necessary, we require the following to be provided free of charge by the client for the work locations clearance from the related competent authorities regarding the underground service
